If you have a PC Jdownloader is the best option right now to download content on the internet.

Do you have a software/program to suggest to upload downloaded videos?

I don't have any Apple devices.
On pc with Windows in chrome based browsers the two best plugin for video downloading is:

When You use the second plugin I recommend stick with the url copy solution paired with a download manager. Just to maximize download bandwidth.
