Like/React function on posts/comments?

Does this board structure have a function for liking/reacting on the actual post/comment itself? I know we have the smilies, but that involves creating a new comment. Just thought it would be a nice quick way for people to give a thumbs up/heart to a comment when they might not necessarily need to make a comment or discuss. I wonder if a lot of threads get perused but don't get interaction. This might be a way to have another outlet for people who might not post to at least say "nice post" or "I don't agree"
Just a thought. Seen it on a lot of other forums.

Nice idea, I should have a look into it. It probably needs a plugin, but I'm pretty sure it can be done

I very much support this idea too. Any modern forum has this option.

Yes, I also support the idea. And I hope I'll find the time to work on that
