Let me be specific, these combinations are the ones I like to see on girls. I know to be specific because as guys we take everything at face value. LOL

These are not in order, but here are mine.

1) white stockings w/ black pumps

2) white stockings w/ red pumps

3) white stockings w/ black platform loafers

4) white stockings with stripper shoes

5) black sheer stockings w/ black pumps

6) black sheer stockings w/ stripper shoes

rt tan stockings or pantyhose with white slides or white pumps[3 inch heel]

Black on Black!

Any sort of RHT nylons, they can be stockings or pantyhose, and open toe slingbacks or pumps. I prefer white shoes or a dark suede color.

Hmmm? It would have to be suntan hose with tan or brown suede. I love the "soft" look of the suede.

Also off black(smoky grayish) hose with black suede.

In terms of heels, DP and myself have the same sort of taste, that is, slingbacks, whether open-toed or not. There are many varieties of slingbacks out there....some are really just fantastic!! I would say a heel of at least 2 inches is necessary, otherwise it kind of reminds me of "granny" shoes!! Something about heels that allow a woman's heel to be seen without obstruction just gets me going!!

For flat-knit stockings:
RHT: nude/tan is definitely a fave of mine.
Full-Fashioned stockings: I really love either a contrasting seam (nude/tan with a black seam or black with red seam) or the Blackfoot style (nude w black heel and black welt). In addition these sometimes come with a satiny type of finish...


Modern stockings:
Typical fave colours are nude/tan, black, white, ivory with a completely sheer/nude toe. The best ones have a contrasting lace colour

In the end, what really counts for me is that a woman has beautiful legs/feet. After that, truly, I don't think it matters what she wears in terms of shoes or stockings. Great legs are great legs........nuff said
