The video is called "My Lovely Burnt Brother and His Squashed Brain" and is generally revolting and extremely gory. A badly burned drug addict is taken care of by his ugly sister. One of the ways she tortures him is to make him lick her shoes. The basic plot is that she injects him with infected urine and he becomes a zombie. I won't go into more detail as the scenes have no relevance to foot fetish.
