As for celebs my answer may change by the day. But for today I'd say Lauren Shehadi from the MLB Network.

For the other one it would be my wife's French friend, a trim 5'4" brunette with straight shoulder length hair, blue eyes, and a cute little nose. She always dresses very stylish and speaks English with a heavy accent. The last time she was over she wore a long flowered dress and these blue denim flats with white stitching. So French! She was driving me a batty as she dangled constantly or when she stood would lift her soft smooth heels out. I wanted to put my tongue right in the space between the shoe and her high arch as she would flex her foot. One time before I was introduced to her my wife even said "You'd love her. She wears really nice shoes" (my wife knows I have a foot/shoe thing). I fantasize about somehow convincing my wife to let both of them play foot games with me. It would likely never happen. But a man can dream...
