That's Wikipedia description of "Johnny Gaddaar" (2007), which has 2 great bare feet scenes. First is Rimi Sen in extreme close-up as a guy with his head by her feet is tickling her soles. Second is Ashwini Kalsekar getting a foot massage. She has on multiple toe rings.
