Indian movie with tickling

At about 1 hour 21 minutes a guy tickles a woman's bare feet with a peacock feather and she pretends to want him to stop. Movie is Saraswatichandra from 1968 and full versions are on YouTube but they lose the bottom of the frame which shows the wiggling feet in a fuller view as I saw on the Bollywood Films DVD. Lots of barefoot scenes elsewhere in movie.
