Well I think Upskirt is really pushing the limit as a peeping tom. However if you were to take pictues f dippers and danglers, then I don't really see the problem.
I agree. As i said some times ago (i think) upskirt IS dangerous and IS illegal, becase you are taking a picture of something that "shouldn't be seen".
All other kind of pictures are "illegal" just because, legally, you would need a permission of the person you are taking the picture of.
