I've downloaded it but RealPlayer can't open it
It says that it needs extra software but can't find it.
Anyone have any suggestions?

That was HOTTTTT! Thanks! To answer your question, I guess you have to use Windows Media to download the clip, not Real Player!

That doesn't work either :-(
I've tried playing it in RealPlayer and with Windows Media but it doesn't work.
When I save it I can only do so as an avi file.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have not tried it myself but it appears to be complete as far as covering each potential problem.
