This is now available on DVD (probably listed in US as "Memoirs of a Foot Fetishist") and well worth renting (available by mail from DVDRentz or SugarDVD). It is supposedly the true-life experiences of porn director Viv Thomas, an Englishman. It runs 3 hours and is wall-to-wall feet with their use in any way you can imagine. The women are mostly bare but one long segment is a woman in stockings.
