There have been a couple of footsie scenes that exist from The Bachelor.

GOOD LORD -- good thing Kim was giving him *foot* during their braniac coversation about grandchildren and great grandchildren. :rolleyes
I loved their intellectual conversation while she was trying to rub his crotch with her foot, or whatever she was doing. I wonder what she's thinking about herself as she's watching at her house on TV as we all do!
I definitely think there was some heavy editing at work there... it seemed to me to be the same foot shot shown 3 times in a row...

Back at Charlie's house, Kimberley and Charlie look at family photos displayed in frames all around the house. Then they sit on the couch and cuddle. Kimberley runs her bare feet up his leg as they talk. She fiddles with the lower hem of his shirt. Charlie can stand it no longer and gives her a rose. They go off to his room and jump on his bed. Kim tests out his mattress and calls it bouncy. Then she and Charlie get all bouncy with a good make-out session.
After commercial, we see Kimberly and Charlie head back to his apartment. She starts looking through all the pictures Charlie has all over his place. The pictures spark conversations about family. As they talk, we see Kimberly rubbing Charlie's inner thigh with her foot. He calls her a "good foot-rubber". Please. Lay off. It's your first date.
