Browsing PornHub a few weeks ago and came across this gem. [insert pic]. She's hot and her feet are perfect. So I decided to add her to my collection yet not at the sacrificed quality of Pornhub's content. So I joined PrettyFeetBox excited about collecting this model's content and learning her name. For three days I searched with no luck. So I emailed the site admin/help person and it has been a week but no response. So I basically joined the site in hopes of adding her to my collection and thus I am unable to do so.? Although the site has plenty off content and some really attractive ladies my money feels wasted. I know a lot of you feel paying for stuff (that is essentially free) is silly but I prefer the best quality and do not mind paying to get it. I also don't mind supporting studios that cater to my interests. Thus with the lack of communication from the site admin it feels more like the site is just about making a buck and really doesn't share my fetish. Look I get it's a French site and time zones as well as the busy life styles people lead has been considered. Which is why I have given them a week to respond. It has also occurred to me this video could be a future update but the op shared this on Pornhub some time ago. Older content went by another site name and the quality of the video with the water mark suggest this to be a recent share. Yet this model nor the video exists anywhere on the site. I check through Clips4sale thinking maybe they had a store that offered more content, nothing. PFB does have the option to buy individual sets and videos but this video or model was not anywhere in there. My other thoughts goes with complications between the model and the site owner. Yet no word from the admins leads me to believe they do not care about their customer's.

Man, this is some sorta rant. I just didn't wanna complain and leave some of you to believe I didn't explore every possible option. So now I'll turn it over to you guys. Does anyone here have any idea who this model is? Or maybe you have the uncompressed version of this video to share?

I did download the video from Pornhub but being a purest I'd prefer the original. The PH version is 39mb at 720p. A true six minute video would be more like 250mb to 300mb for 720p or 1080p.

Being a producer myself, i feel sorry for what happened to you. Being in touch with customers and answering their email as quick as possible always is our priorty.
It can happen to advertise a site with content that it's not yet available inside members area, but if someone comes to you asking for it...the least you can do is explain the situation. The better thing to do would also adjust future updates so that the content comes online quickly.

People who support studios like you do are surely not the majority of people out there (thank you YouPorn for that)...so we should take great care of your requestes!

And you, my friend, have done just that in the past. Any issues I have ever had with your sites were resolved very quickly. I just bothers me that my email seems to either go unnoticed or is just ignored.

i had a similar experience with PFB with a video I found on YT that seemed not to be the full version. I joined the site and found that PFB seemed to have bought the original sites content ( i forget the name, colorcandy maybe?). and I could not find the video in question I didnt email them, bc like you said it had a ton of content, that I DL during my month membership. But it was frustrating with all the time I put into it I couldn't find the video I was looking for.

I agree the above girl was very hot and I was sure i had some of her vids, but I went thru all mu DL's and couldn't find her. She looks so familiar though. Very Frustrating
