Saw this movie from 2012 and I don't think it is listed on site. Stephen Dorff is the actor who has the benefit of her bare feet twice. First she picks him up on a bus and takes him home for pizza and to watch a porn movie she was in. Then she asks if he'll rub her bare feet and while they are not shown much it seems she does more rubbing on his pants thigh with her feet than he does while holding her feet in his lap. He really seems out of it. Later they are sitting in car and she puts her bare feet up on seat back next to him and then extends one foot and rubs his clothed chest. There's enough foot action in film for 2 of reviewers in IMDb to note it.
