facepalm...ya a lot of these vids on YT of guys playing footsie, i wonder how more of them dont get caught like this guy. If this keeps happening Libraries are going to figure out they are a haven for foot fetishists

I'd say some libraries already have. I started suspecting awhile ago, that the whole "shoes must be worn at all times" rule was mainly geared towards women.
If I'm not mistaken, I actually recall a guy on a different forum stating that he noticed a decrease in shoeplay at his local library,
because they were specifically discouraging women from taking their shoes off in said library. It's been awhile though, so I may be mis-remembering that discussion...
O/T: The library near my old house, had this rule in place too, however that did not discourage the ladies from taking their shoes off. lol I got quite a few good candid shots, at that library, in fact. Those photos, unfortunately are stuck on an external harddrive that conked out...

i wont go to college libraries anymore cuz a) Im 45 now and look out of place and b) assume they have tighter security now then they did 20 years with all the violence at colleges nowadays.

Libraries have been on to their attraction of foot fetishists for a long time. I remember at least 15 years ago reading that some large public libraries like Los Angeles had signs warning women to be careful if they took off their shoes, because shoe thefts had been occurring. At a large private university I used to visit long after being a student, I sat in a carrel across from a female student in socks. When she was ready to leave she asked me if her shoes had gotten kicked over to me. I had never seen her shoes, just thought they were somewhere out of sight. But I guess whoever earlier sat where I was had made off with them. I had a bag with me that could have accommodated the shoes but she never accused me of taking them or asked to see in the bag. She just went off in her socks. And it was winter and freezing outside.

Colleges in my city the students of staff need ID badges to get in.
It is bad press for us but it is a small website its not like it was on CNN but eventually it will

Maybe libraries need to set up special "footsie friendly" seating areas where if you sit there you intend to either initiate or receive footsie. LOL!
