Movie "What a Man!" was shown on Turner Classic Movies just this afternoon and as it has not had 5 votes yet on the Internet Movie Database, it must be really rarely seen. Actress Wanda McKay hides out in a nerdy guy's house and pretends to be ill with fever to avoid being thrown out. He says a mustard foot bath was what his mother always prescribed for fever. He prepares one and when he returns to the woman, she extends her slingback high-heeled foot and says he should remove her shoe. He does so with hesitation and then she says to remove the stocking and starts rolling it down her leg. The guy is very hesitant and grabs the stocking by the toe. Then he hears something and looks outside and sees a doctor and calls him in. The woman manages to dip the thermometer the doctor gives her in the foot bath and so maintains the fiction of a fever. No more foot scene.
