As you know, to put pictures on the forum i suggest you to use Imageshack. Here's a detailed guide to it.

Click on "Browse", select the picture you want to send, click on "Host It" and wait. Clicca su "Browse", seleziona l'immagine che vuoi spedire, clicca su "Host it" e aspetta.2.
Now copy the text inside the field at the left of "Thumbnail for forums (1)" and paste it into your message on the forum. Adesso copia il testo dentro al campo alla sinistra di "Thumbnail for forums (1)" e incollalo nel tuo messaggio.3.
