It's already in our rules, but now more than ever we NEED to be careful on Clips4Sale material posted on our site. I would like EVERYONE to take a close look to this letter that Clips4Sale sent today to all store owners (by publishing it on its site):

Don't think you have anything to worry about here. Most videos posted from clips4sale are owned by the poster. I think they are searching for people who have ripped a DVD or are sharing paid downloadable content and propose to try and profit off it. They can try an police the net all they want people will just go somewhere else to get it for free. I agree that posting someone else's content on a site such as clips4sale and trying to profit from it is wrong and should be stopped. The only content I have ever seen from clips4sale are from individuals who already own the copyright to said material such as candid and voyeur stuff or by a site owner. I personally am not a fan of clips4sale because if you take a subscription to a site you should get the videos available included instead of being redirected to another paysite where you gotta buy what you like. DVD sales are also down because you can get much better porn from the web anyhow, with prettier models who are 100% natural thus catering more closely to what you like. I say down with the giants like Playboy and Hustler and there two dollar crack whores, give me some one like Leggy Pauline any-day. Aside from that big corporations can keep crying until they realize they can't suck us dry any longer. That's just my two cents.

Christo, i can assure you that me and the moderators deleted MANY videos owned by Clips4sale and posted here by other people.
And you are wrong on what Clips4sale is protecting. They are protecting their videos posted on other sites, not the other way around. If someone post clips on Clips4sale and he doesn't own the license for them, it's not Clips4sale that can investigate it, but the legit owner.

Anyway the message here is this: if you don't own the Clips4sale store where the videos come from, don't post them. Simply as that

I am saying the only thing I have seen on clips4sale are videos posted by someone like Tomi who has posted his own stuff, or someone like like Leggy Pauline (not that I am saying she does) who may offer videos on clips4sale to purchase as an individual service. Anything I have ever seen on clips4sale was not created by the website owners but of individuals who owned the content and used clips4sale as a hosting site. Now is it the intention that clips4sale is taking up copyright of anything posted on there site as there own and will try and prevent distribution of such content without using there services. For instance if you used the site to sale some of your videos from your own website, do they make copyright claim to it because you used there services? If this is the case then they will suffer damages themselves as have the RIAA has. Anyway I understand that the use of clips4sale as a hosting site to make a profit on something you do not own like if you wanna take a video owned by Leggy Pauline and put it up for sale on clips4sale then you are violating copyright.

What I understand from the quote above is that they will trace videos from clips4sale to a possible forum and make demands from the forum to cease such activities. Yet if the content is owned by the poster, say my own personal videos, and I posted a clip here linking to clips4sale, then that is something they will not trace. This is what I am saying. I have only seen videos from clips4sale posted here that are owned by the poster in an attempt to get you to buy there videos. Yet again I don't know every post as you do and for someone to share content from clips4sale that is not owned by the poster is wrong anyhow. No I understand what they want to protect and why it makes you nervous. I see sites like youtube or rapidshare being a bigger threat and something people will continue to use. As a website owner myself I can understand your concerns, hard to watch every little post made.

Clips4sale wants to protect people that sell material through them.

Example: if one of the Nyllady's videos available on her Clips4sale (http://video.nyllady.net) would be posted on another forum without her permission. That's what they want to protect.

Another thing to add (that i noticed today): Clips4sale owners can choose to be a part of this "protection" by following some sort of procedure. So if you join that "protection", you probably aren't someone that post material also on forums

Things seem to be getting crazy. Haven't really used clips4sale much but can see why you may want protection. Nevertheless you gotta keep supporting the good sites so you can keep getting great content, like your websites, how you are able to keep beautiful women in a classy setting with great art. Your sites are in my top five best feet sites, others only wish they were in such a league. My point being it is a great place for getting exactly what you want, sometimes for free but it can also be a bad thing as well.
