Toshiki Kadomatsu "Do You Wanna Dance"

I was on YouTube playing some tunes by Toshiki Kadomatsu, when I stumbled upon a 45rpm record jacket of his single "Do You Wanna Dance", from his 1984 album "Summer Time Romance", which shows a woman playing footsie with a man... with her shoe on. Just a little something to contribute.
