The shoes didn't last long at this party. Around the 13:56 mark the first stocking footed dancer appears...there are several others throughout the video

Around the 2hr 23 minute mark the pace of the music picks up and the shoes start to disappear.

11:29 tall lady in orange dress and tan hose
From 38:32 a lady in white blouse is visible few times dancing in tan nylons. From 40:40 another lady almost beside her appears in white dress also nylon footed. They can be seen again at 42:40, 43:30, 44:00, 44:55. From 44:30 a lady in black nylons also appears nylon footed. Till the end of the video all the three ladies are visible few more times:
