Few ladies dancing nylon footed on the street. First lady in blue dress appears without her flats at 12:17 and then several more times. Later she changes her outfit and continues without nylons. A lady in long red skirt gets rid of her sandals and dances nylon footed from 27:50. She is visible then few more time in the video:

At around 11:00 an attractive lady joins the floor in her black nylon feet. Then other ladies join nylon footed as well till 19:00 almost permanently.
