At the 8 second mark, a tan hosed foot beauty enters. Briefly at the 25 second mark a second hosed foot woman enters

Romanian wedding photographers´youtube channels can turn out to be goldmines. The trick seems to be that one pays attention to the publication date. PH season in Romania an in the Balkans is between Oct and April. On the other hand, it seems to be helpful if there is carpet in the venue. There are several restaurants matching these requirments, which appear in videos of various studios/wedding-bands. That way i found around 100 videos of the above quality in the last few days---

About 45 seconds into the video, the first of several stockinged footed women appears... the shoes gradually disappear throughout the video. The last 4 minutes are probably the best.

A few from a gypsy birthday party
Lots of hosed feet in sandals until around 9:40 in the first video when a woman in a black dress and tan hose kicks off her sandals. Nice close ups of her stockinged feet until the end and the birthday girl's hosed feet at 15:35 after she removes her pink heels
The party continues and a woman in a short pink dress (perhaps a sister) joins the stockingfoot dance party
Nice close ups around the 3:40 mark.
The action dies down a bit but you can see women sitting without their shoes on in the background around the 5:40 mark
Around 7:20, the party goes up in intensity and we see 4 stockinged footed women dancing. Interestingly, the birthday girl changes her outfit entirely
