Young blonde with glasses at left end of table has loose flats and bare feet. Dangles almost every time she crosses right leg over left. Also at start of video with left over right. At 1:00:54 she walks out of meeting with shoes flopping and comes back at 1:02:54. At 1:06:25 she loses one shoe. The chair of the meeting in red t-shirt at far end of table slips off sandals several times throughout meeting.

In the 2nd row, the young lady in the floral print dress is shoeless (4 seats over from the end of the row) throughout the video and the lady in the red scarf and black dress in the first seat of the 2nd row appears to be heelpopping as she rocks her shoes.

Blonde in center of screen is quite active shoeplayer. Dangling can be best seen for example, from 2:10:10 to 2:13:26. Too bad distance is too great and resolution is poor.
