At the beginning everyone has their shoes on. At 4:50 all go out and when they are back at 5:00 all the ladies have their heels taken off and started dancing in hosed feet.

Dancing gypsies...several of them kick off their shoes and dance in their nyloned feet in this video:
first at

1:40 a woman slips her shoes off and you can glimpse her tan nyloned feet
4:04 red and gold dress, walks to the dance floor with tan nylons
6:18, you can see a young woman with black nylons leaving her shoes behind as she goes to the dance
8:14 blue dress, black tights

Several shoes disappear at various points in this video

At about the 5:40 mark, the young lady in the blue dress, tan hose and white shoes is dancing in her stockinged feet
At about the 13:05 mark, you can see that the woman in the red dress and tan hose dancing beside the young lady in the blue dress has decided to shed her red heels.
At 14:07, a lovely lady in a short black dress and tan hose is dancing in her stockinged feet. She was wearing black flats earlier in the video
