There is a woman in a blue dress and tan hose that appears with dirty nyloned feet around the 7:53 mark. She is seen dancing with heels on earlier in the video. Then at 8:58, her friend with removes her wedge sandals and tosses them so that she can do the bunny hop or penguin dance in her stockinged feet.

Here's a holiday party done right... a combination of hosed and barefeet throughout the entire video

A surprising find...Some of these International Women's Day Celebrations (March 8th) are filled with women dressed in hose and heels. They are filled with food, music and dancing. After several hours those heels start to disappear. At the 5:16 mark, a blonde haired woman stands with one shoe off in front of several nylon footed women who a getting ready to do the penguin dance. Around the 14:16 mark you can see 6 women in row dancing shoeless. There are nylon footed women in various spots throughout this video.
