Foot fetish Models or what?

I have been noticing throughout the years that there are quite a few videos out there that are not candid, but are of women openly showing off their feet on camera for film or photographs. I noticed a lot of this is in European or Asian countries. How is this being done? Do you think these are paid models or random women from off the street who have been approached? Do you think money is involved or how is it the guys are able to get this footage? Here is an example of something I saw recently.

People will do anything for exposure Im sure tons of people do it here in America too.

Showing off your feet is tame even I would do it if it made me some money
