Just thinking about it and the odds are are against us.
Women are just so casual nowadays and boots are all purpose shoes rain snow, sunny whatever. So why would they want to mess up their nice shoes sad but true
The damned boots have always been there as the number one choice of women and I'm afraid they will continue to be there forever! The only exception where the 40's and 50's when pumps were the number one.
Most women are very sensitive to cold and deseases something that makes boots the sensible choice for them. There is a huge number of women that will wear boots from September till June and they will switch directly to flat sandals and flip flops ignoring pumps and ballerinas.
The last couple of years we had the rise of biker and army-type boots that women wear them even with skirts and dresses something that ruined our winter even more! Unfortunately we are under the mercy of fashion dictators who prefer boots, strappy shoes and even man-type shoes. We can only pray that one day they will favour pumps and ballerinas for a change!
Just shows how a bunch of brain dead idiots can affect the world. These people wake up and say "lets make boots popular so I can make a dollar" and now its here to stay
You are both so right!! it's been quite a long time that boots have invaded our fetichist world.
even though i am not that old(38) i remember as a teenager and young adult, that winter season was a blessed period for "shoeplay hunting". It was pretty common to see in everyday's life nice pumps and other feminine shoes. So many erotic shoeplays made me the fetichist i am today!!
from october to march, i track for nice women shoes here in France. but it seems the boot mood is wordlwide!!each time i am outside in public places, like restautants, malls airport, i am very often dissapointed
my wife illustrates perfectly the current moof for boots. She's been given the chance to have nice perfectly shaped, thighs, calves and feet. instead of showing her natural gifts, she wears 95% awfull motorcycle boots. that hides her nice ankle and feet and always wear black cotton socks!!
the much to rare times she wears ballerinas, bare feet or with nylons, she reveals to be a great shoeplayer!!
She knows my attraction to her feet accepted it and even likes it, but it is weird to her that i usually ask her to stop wearing these awfull socks! i try to explain that it ruins her feminity to be dressed like that.
To her, wearing hose and high heels is a "has been dress code" but remains a male fantasy which is, i must admit true.
Up here, it's largely a matter of practicality. The winter weather would destroy my fiancee's cutest flats and heels, so alas, she falls back on the boots whenever we go out.
This fall, I was taking part in a wedding for my fiancee's best friend. About a month before the wedding, we had a sort of combined bachelor/bachelorette party, sort of a Jack-and-Jill without the fundraising. The best man and his girlfriend attended, and while most of us went with the smart-casual approach, she (a tallish, slender girl) opted for a cute skirt, patterned black tights, and ballet flats. As the night wore on, she started heelpopping as we walked and waited, eventually dipping here and there. They had to leave early, but at least I knew what to anticipate at the ceremony! Fast-forward to wedding day, and she wears a dress...with ankle booties and black socks! Practical given the cold weather, but quite a disappointment. At least toward the end of the reception, she finally complained about her boots, taking them off and dancing for a song or two in her socked feet before putting the booties back on.
I'm italian... Here women keep wearing jeans, leggins... Even under the skirts.. I've been in spain... More girls there wear pantyhose, nylons, under skirts and pants! And i've seen a pretty number of girls wearing shorts and pantyhose... So hot!!! italian girls have just to LEARN how to dress.
I am in Romania for business trip, and unfortunately, like everywhere else in Europe, boots of all kinds are the big majority of women shoes. i would understand if is was very cold, but these last days, it is sunny and rather warm (9-10°C).
