Open Toed Knee High Boots?

I saw a lady wear some yesterday and didn't know how to feel?She did look cute because she was wearing hose but I thought the point of the boot was to cover the whole foot.A first time for everything I guess?

I've seen those as well. I've also seen a knee high boot with an open toe AND an open heel. Not a fan of either.

I'm not liking the current trend in women's shoes. I've seen some outlandish styles that just make me cringe.

This style of boot baffles me. Completely useless.
