"Adobe Flash Plug In Has Crashed"?????

I keep getting this error message trying to watch YT videos...also happened on this site. I am using Mozilla Firefox....any advice!

Best advice? Try to switch to Google Chrome. I kept having those problems DAILY...then i switched to Chrome :)
