Watch at about :38, she gestures to someone off-camera, who then comes on stage and removes her wedge sandals as she stands there! For the rest of the video, she traipses around the altar barefoot.

At about 4:50 on the first video, you'll see some of the church band comes down to the floor. A few of the girls are barefoot and you'll see their soles. They get up and about in the second clip.

There's another one where a guy brings her a pair of ballet flats for her to step into, then takes her heels away. It's sort of entertaining to consider that she has shoe issues often enough to plan around it!
