Anybody else having trouble with the YT All Activity feature? I'm only getting a few entries before it reverts back to just showing uploaded videos

It's another one of Youtbe's many bugs, which google undoubtedly has little to no interest in fixing. In fact it's probably intentional.
They're much more interested in shoving "What to Watch" into your face.

Never forget, with any service funded by advertising, you're not the customer, you're the product.
(The occasional exceptions are small businesses owned by actual individuals).

Another Youtube bug to watch out for: if you sort your searches by "upload date" it usually does not include all recent results. To test this, try your search again sorted by "today" or this "week" and you'll often see results that are not anywhere to be seen under "upload date" -even after ten pages.

Youtbe has also stopped displaying comment activity in the feeds, and it's clear why. At this point it's painfully obvious that Youtube's business model is to serve as an aggregator of other media, and to parasitically feed off telvsion, movies, pop music, etc.
