Starting around 25:00 mark, but hitting full dip at 32:00...

So for anyone else willing to search this stuff, my new search is "press conferences"...my last few videos I've found are in this catagory. Lots of good stuff going on in the background. I'm also now searching by ever state, going through major cities (ie LA, San Diego, San Fran...) and typing in their current mayor and scrolling through. Tons of videos with the local mayor and his/her henchmen men hanging out, tired of standing....come on kids, help me out!
