Footsie-related scene in 2012 movie

In "Here Comes the Boom" there is a footsie-related scene. Kevin James plays a mixed martial artist and he has dislocated his shoulder. Salma Hayek is his girlfriend and he says she has to fix his shoulder as the hospital costs more than he makes from a fight (he is trying to raise money to keep a music teacher employed at the school where James teaches biology) and she can do anything. She raises a bare foot and aims it for his crotch to give her leverage as she pulls on arm. He says, no, foot is not going there. She agrees and moves about until she can give a good yank and the shoulder is back in place. Dumb movie! but Hayek still looks good.
