Shoeplay and footplay under table, bare feet and sandals starting 08:58. This woman is extremely active. She can be seen in other sessions of the meetings. But in later than this date cameraman seems to fail to catch her or it is so dark under her chair that nothing can be seen. I can't imagine she doesn't always play with her shoes.
