HITW site shut down

Post by Feeture Feature »

I just found out that both the HITW and SkinDig sites have been shut down as of December 1. I had been in a project for several years to describe movie foot scenes, of which some of you may have seen my efforts on SkinDig, but more were listed in a private area on HITW. I have now lost all these descriptions (about 14,000 or so). I still have my personal list of movies with foot scenes (but not descriptions of the scenes; 287 pages in Word format) but have stopped submitting updated versions to the Pofoz site, as he seems to have lost interest. I am sorry that my descriptions on HITW never got wide release other than those listed on SkinDig (I had an agreement not to provide access to anyone) and that those interested in my list will no longer find updates. I thought one day I could expand my list with scene details but the job is just too massive and it's all I can do to keep up with finding new scenes. I have even stopped recording the scenes as I have hundreds of videotapes filled with clips that I stopped viewing years ago and have twice lost external hard drives with hundreds of DVD clips.

Aww man! That's a bummer, Prof. Feeture. At least we still have you for providing us with valuable hosed and bare female feet scenes.

This is not a good sign, Nyllover. NOT a good sign at all.

Well, surely isn't a good thing for us. Don't know at what "sign" are you refering to...with all me and the moderator do to keep this site more or less "safe" from copyright problems and stuff, i seriously doubt we are facing any sort of risk :)

What I mean is, what if other countries start controlling what people can and cannot view online, like China for instance. I just hope that it was the people at HITW and Skindig that closed their sites. I just received this email today via Gmail. Check it out.

Announcement and discussion of HITW and SkinDig shutdown here on the Mousepad. It was a decision by the administration of the site, not politics.

I see what you mean Nitro...and yes, we need to be vigilant about it but...without being too much in panic or anything... :)
