True story of a co-worker.

I recently recall a story which happened about 8 years (around 1997)

I was working in the retail sector. I was managing the store at the time. A female employee who was about 35 y/o at the time (working at the cash register) and I struck up some general conversation. She was very quick with counting change/bills and her register was always "even." Those of you have run a register know that just means that she makes no errors when collecting and giving change to customers. We talked about that and she made a comment that she doesn't make money errors because she's good with her hands.

Having a dirty sense of humor, I said "so you're good with your hands?"

She responded "Yeah, and I'm also good with my feet...at least that's what my husband says."

I was silenced by her response.
Keep in mind, that in 1997, I thought I was the only person in the world with a foot fetish!!! Of course I couldn't have said anything to her after her comment. Although, believe me, I wanted to ask her what she meant by that.
A part of me was wondering...could it be that there are other people with an interest in female feet? If this woman meant what I thought she meant, I could only think to myself that her husband is probably one lucky guy!

Looking back now, I realize he was.

Ilf, do you remember if she wore hose when you worked with her? Also, if the same situation happened now, what would you do? thanks for sharing!

Good one ILF,

I know the feeling of suddenly having long forgotten conversations and experiences come back like that.

I also know what it was like back in those dark days before the internet when I'm sure most of us suffered from the "I'm the only one" disease.

So what was she like? How did she dress?

She was about 5 foot 4 with black hair parted down the middle shoulder length. Kinda cute. But she was quite hyper(personality wise) for a woman in her thirties but then again that's alot of energy!

I don't ever recall seeing her feet because she wore slacks, but she was relatively petite, hopefully that means petite feet. She did have a nice manicure. Probably had a nice pedicure.

If it happened again, I would probably ask what she meant by she was good with her feet.
Who knows, maybe she would offer a demonstration?

Of course, I would have to turn it down (being that she was married).

Kingdom, I like the analogy.

It reminds me of the episode of Friends where Joey is in a restaurant/pub and his date says to him "When I was young, I used to pick up Quarters with my toes." She then stuck her foot in his crotch (we don't get to see this but his sudden reaction and glance at his own crotch says it all)

Joey then responds.."Quarters? Or, Rolls of quarters."

Haha, that's where I got it from! Also in season one of Friend's Chandler was going out with this married woman. He tried to break it off with her, but she stuck her foot up his leg and he said, "Your foot is so far up my pantleg you could count the change." Hmm...too bad ten years and not one single footsie scene. I guess it wouldn't be proper back in the mid 90's.
