I've been searching for this scene for the longest, and I'm proud to say that I finally struck gold! This is a old Saturday Night Live skit entitled "Harley's Bristol Cream". The late Gilda Radner tries to call different guys over for a drink, but to no avail. Then she calls a bum from her window, who is played by Bill Murray. At the end of the video, You can see up-close her stockinged feet. The video link is below.
