Hey guys, I know that I mentioned how I wanted to use my mobile phone to capture a footsie image last night. Do you guys think it is legit for us to use our phones for this purpose? I mean what would happen if we were caught? I have captured a few dangling moments on my way to work using public transport and at the office, but so far no one has busted me yet. Afterwards though I feel bad and guilty about it so I haven't put any images on line yet. Let me know what you think. THanks.

I don't see any legal consequences for this type of phone use. The only laws, or proposed laws that I am aware of, deal with taking photos of nekkid females.

As long as you don't image any faces I don't see a problem with this at all.

Using a cell phone is no different than using a photocamera.... same things that are illegal with a photocamera are illegal with a cell phone.... all i can say is... be careful not to get caught while you take photos (even if you don't shot faces it wouldn't be nice to have to tell them "look, i'm just taking pictures of your feet") , that's all really

I dont know where you are from but if a person is out in public they are fair game but just dont show their faces.

I think this is a gray area of the law. I think it depends on the country and maybe the city. I thought they were supposed to be outlawed in some countries or cities. I personally would feel embarrassed to say that I was only taking pictures of the feet. I see no difference between using a cell phone and using a hidden camcorder. I think it borders on invasion of privacy. Until the cell phones offer high quality pics and/or good camcorder quality, I don't have the desire to by one. I really don't enjoy pics that much anyway; I want a video and I don't know of any reasonably priced phone that offers more than a minute or 2 of so-so quality video. In my opinion, there are enough clips that are available on the net to satisfy my fetish for the most part. So be discreet whatever you do with your camera phone.

I have taken several CANDID pics of a lady dangling her slingback, but to be honest, I felt weird about taking them and they really did very little for me anyway. I really wish I was into something else.

I have seen some outstanding clog dangling scenes, but I know the resolution with the camera phone would not have been very good.
