I would have to say after watching these videos and searching on my own, Senators Hutchinson and Collins are by far the most prolific dippers.

Mr. Mike I concur with that in the context of Senators only. I would say if you are talking about overall shoeplay then Blanche Lincoln probably takes the cake. Overall though, I think that one certain stenographer lady is the dipping queen.

This is a good long segment with some good dangling and lots of heelpops. 10 min at least.
