Hmmm, I think I will ignore your question and answer another one.
If I could I would not only get rid of my foot fetish, I would get rid of my sex drive...period. At this point in life I am certain I will be a bachelor until my death. My beliefs, temperament and experience have steered me in the direction of a sort of monastic lifestyle.
Due to my advanced age my sex drive is dropping. It is not nearly as strong as it was ten years ago, but it is still there. Indeed, if I could get rid of it without sacrificing any creativity or passion for life then I would do it.
I can still appreciate beauty in a clear night sky, the untamed sands of Arabia, the calm orderliness of a Japanese garden or the weathered but resolute ruins of a castle on the Rhine.
As you said, there are more productive uses of time for me than chasing after skirts and high heels. But, reality says I'm smitten, so I do the best can to achieve balance and stay creative and focused on non-sexual progress.

Sigh I'll just point my revolver to my head. DP is right...there just isn't much to live for if you don't have a "fetish." For me though, I just don't let it take over my life. I'll work hard, exercise hard, screw hard, and then during my free time before bed I would come on here and chat with you guys. I wouldn't turn it "off" at all, nor would I share this with anyone else but you guys. To me sometimes the things I share here are going to be far more intimate. And a lot of times I have to be careful whm I say it to also. But anyways, I'm blabbering, but don't let it take over your life. I for one won't turn it off, unless the man upstairs tells me to do so.

Our foot fetish is better than a breast or ass fetish. We can see feet in the open and its more action because when a lady dips there are so many varieties to watch. But with breasts and ass you just watch it jiggle but thats it.When a woman plays with her shoes theres more anticipation and excitement.hiker wrote:I don't think I would. It brings me too much joy.
I've always wondered if a breast man enjoys breasts, or an ass man enjoys an ass as much as we enjoy feet? I doubt it. That being said, I don't think I'd want to live without it.

The fact that we can se feet/heels/dipping, etc. in the open is one of the things that also makes it frustrating sometimes; because the triggers are practically anywhere, and can happen at any time. I think that's the reason why some wish at times that they could just "turn it off." I understand, and feel that way sometimes myself. It can bring great pleasure, yet frustration that such commonplace things, and things that aren't even considered sexy for many people, are so alluring.Footsiefreak wrote:Our foot fetish is better than a breast or ass fetish. We can see feet in the open and its more action because when a lady dips there are so many varieties to watch. But with breasts and ass you just watch it jiggle but thats it.When a woman plays with her shoes theres more anticipation and excitement.

[ENG] Make fetish disappear??
Yes, I would do it in a heartbeat; it is like all I live for. Causes too many problems and becomes an obsession.

[ENG] REPLY
Guys, sometimes I wish I could just turn it off, but it would take an act of God Almighty to do it. I've been at this since childhood, and though I have tried, the answer is still a big, fat, NO!
But now, I like having this fetish, but I do have to be careful in how to expose myself. Not every woman likes a man with a foot fetish.

I second the motion; I sure wouldn't talk about it on the first date!! Maybe if you really like her I wouldn't mention it at all and just rely on other means to satisfy your fetish.

Well, just to be anal about this
: your first date with a woman should have NO sexual overtones whatsoever. The whole idea is to give her such a fun or interesting experience that she'll want to do it again. Keep it short, fun and be a mystery to her.
It's simply an adaptation of the old show business saying "always leave 'em wanting more."
Leave the anything serious for later dates. You have to build the foundation first before you can expect to put up anything that will last.

I absolutely agree...and I never said I didn't. The object is to have a good time together and if she decides she really likes you then you can introduce the foot thing. Of course she may get pissed and asked why you didn't tell her in the first place and drop you like a hot potato.

Yeah, I think I would. It tends to run my life and most people think of us as freaks anyway (my opinion but probably true) I can do without that. I would prefer to have more "conventional" taste when it comes to turn ons, like breasts, legs, etc. I love a beautiful pair of slender legs, but it loses out to a great looking pair of feet in hose with high heel shoeplay.
I have had mixed results with introducing the shoeplay thing with women. If you mention it as soon as you meet her, she may bail. That has happened to me several times. If you mention it later, she might get pissed that you didn't mention it earlier and drop you like a bad habit.
So I think you are rolling the dice when you try to introduce it. The safest way I have found is to introduce it SLOWLY as you are getting to know her and she seems to really like you. This is a compromise approach. Lets face it, if the fetish is THAT important to you and it seems to turn her off or she doesn't care to indulge you, then she probably isn't the lady for you anyway. On the other hand, if she is otherwise a total babe and you really like each other, find another way to satisfy your fetish. She might even come to understand it better later if you introduce it properly.
Case in point: If Heather Locklear (or another babe) wanted to go out with you, but you knew they weren't into shoeplay, would you still be interested in?? I know I would. OK, that's enough of my blabbering.
