Nothing can top Mrs. Layton's slingbacks and shoe removal.
Slingbacks are the perfect compromise of viewing more of a woman's hosed feet, while making her put forth some effort to do shoeplay and/or get rid of one to tease her man, or some other woman's man, under a table.
