Link to video was removed because the source of the video is the clips4sale site. Any video from this site cannot be posted.

I found it once on rapidshare, and it is sharing in p2p programs... So I think they failed to "protect" their copyrights a long long time ago! So why erase it here? It's no more their clip!

If we could leave the video up, we would. Believe me, it's not easy to remove these videos from the site and deny members the chance to enjoy them. However, we simply cannot post videos that are offered for sale from the clips4sale site.

Dexter, I see your point. However, just because this clip is on a sharing platform does not exonerate us from posting the clip on this site. Furthermore, that fact that it may be on a sharing platform does not mean that any copyright laws have been lifted... remember Napster?

Unfortunately, these are the guidelines of the forum. Fortunately, these same guidelines keep the forum safe.

Dexter, we added these forum rules after official complaints from Clips4sale. We actually faced the risk to have to shut the board completely down.
When it comes to copyright laws, rest assured that you can't say "hey, it's everywhere, why do you want just me to remove it?".

We are just trying to keep this board alive, that's all. If this board shuts down, you can go somewhere else probably...as for me... no...because this is a board i started ages ago...no other board will ever be the same for me...so...i'm just trying to keep it alive.
Hope you understand :byebye:

Wonderboy1000 read the rules, you'll find all the answers. You can post anything from sites that are closed. We call a preview a small part of a longer video. Meaning if the complete one is 5 minutes in example, a preview should be 1 or 2 minutes.

Companies that own copyright to content is still in effect even if the site "closes". Unless the rights or content is sold off to someone else, it still belongs to the original creator whether they have a site up or not. I've personlly known a content creator that closed his store due to host problems only to start again almost a year later. Another guy 'rennovated' his site and content and was out for well over a year before launching again with old material and new material.
