This is a cute foot fight under the table (Not to be confused with seducing footsie. Thanks Footsiefreak) from the anime series "Princess Lover" It's from Chapter 4.

The next day, Teppei discovers that Haruhiko is sick, so he goes in Haruhiko’s place to the fashion show. Seika is shocked to see him there, but she recognizes that she has no choice but to use him for the interview, so she takes him along.

The interview starts poorly because Teppei hasn’t been coached about what to say or do, and Seika stomps on his foot every time he says something not to her liking, beginning at the 4:31 mark. In retaliation, Teppei badmouths her, and she stomps on his foot again at the 5:46 mark, but this time he tries to step on her foot, but misses, then you see both of their feet pressed together in which their shoes are about to pop off by the heels. At the 5:56 mark, Teppei and Seika are both shoeless, searching for their shoes with their stockinged feet. Teppei again badmouths Seika, so she steps on his socked foot with her hosed foot (it's a pity they never showed that). Afterwards, he eventually changes his tone and turns those words into praise of her leadership, causing her to blush. So she removed her hosed foot which was on top of his socked foot at the 6:51 mark. Finally, Seika stomps on Teppei’s foot again, but this time from embarrassment at the 7:06 mark.
