Wd anyone know the name of this movie or video? appreciate if you could tell me. I think the scene of a pretty gal having her boots removed by a uniformed woman is very seductive.

the phantom. starring billy zane. the girls on the photo are catherine zeta jones and kristy swanson. very nice scene.
