That's right, Nyl. But to be honest, albeit brutally... the Feetweek webmasters are nothing but a hypocrites! They wants to raise all types of hell with us for posting their video(s) and/or photo(s) on this forum, but when I go on YouTube, Dailymotion or some other site, their videos are everywhere. I don't see them going after those people. I hope that whole damn site closes any damn way!nyllover wrote:Because we are going to face legal problems otherwise. I've been contacted personally by the owner of that site when i modified the rules.

I joined that site a year or so ago, for a month! I was mad, so wrote her, because all the videos were on a tiny screen! She wrote back saying'' this is because everyone wants to put my videos on the internet''. So the paying customers get screwed, just so she can protect her content...from the non paying customers. Sort of an off attitude.
I'm going follow this logic and release a record soon, it'll only be half the songs though, and only through one speaker. Ya know, just to protect myself from piracy.

Do i have to repeat myself over and over and over again?
They contacted me DIRECTLY saying they were going to take legal actions against this site if more videos from their site would have been posted.
I DONT CARE if this is correct or wrong, i just don't want any legal problems. Guys, you come here and enjoy a forum... but i actually put myself (personally) on everything connected to it. Sorry if i try to avoid legal problems.

I've been a member a few times over the years to feetweek and they have some good content. I just wanted to add my two cents in. I don't understand all the comments trying to justify the illegal posting of copyrighted material, especially without the owners consent. Just because some sites illegally post them that doesn't mean we have the right to do it here too.
In fact, if there wasn't so much file trading/stealing on the internet and the pay sites made more money I think we would have better or more sites. The amount of loss and bandwidth costs just to keep a website up is huge, along with the fact that material costs alot of $$ to make (equipment, wardrobe, props, attire, building use/rental, model fees, lots of time, server/website admin/design/updating, etc).
Of course its tempting when you can get pay clips for free and sometimes its hard to not stumble upon them in forums, etc, but we shouldn't encourage that otherwise we will eventually lose the sites that we love. If the member sites do not make any money, or very little, they will likely stop producing material or close and then we have one less site that caters to our specific fetish.
This kind of reminds me of the situation where you have a pack of cars speeding in traffic and the officer can only pull over one and the driver complains that well everyone else was speeding too. Just because other sites/users may be illegally posting anyones copyrighted images/videos, that doesn't make it right. I'm sure 99% of the website owners out there would be against having their member paid content shared/given out for free on private and public websites/forums.
So while its tempting and we know file sharing is rampant on the net, lets at least not encourage it as digital theft is creating many problems in other areas too (movies, music, etc). I think if we want to see the clips, we should buy a membership. I have many times and its some good content and the membership fee is among the more cost effective ones out there.
