This scene takes place in bed. Couple hears doorbell ringing and guy first nudges woman's feet and says she should answer. Then she rubs his foot with hers and says he should get it. Then they argue abiut who is the most tired. Actress is Tahiya Karioka and actor is Emad Hamdi. Movie is "Mother of the Bride" from 1964.

I have been watching some other Egyptian movies from the 1950s and 1970s and some have some nice foot scenes, including "Adrift on the Nile" from 1971, about drugs and orgies among the middle class, and "Struggle on the Nile" from 1959, with a very young Omar Sharif, about a gypsy woman who stows away on a river boat.
