Yes he is. Tarik Akan is most handsome and tallest artist in Turkish Cinema.

Woman name is Filiz Akin. She is about 50 years old now and still beautiful.

UPDATE!!!

I've finally found the name of that Turkish movie with that sweet footsie scene (my personal favorite). It's called "Oh Olsun" (1973), starring Tarik Akan and Hale Soygazi, not Filiz Akin (sorry Toesucker). Here's the iMDB link and the YouTube clip with that footsie scene. Looks like the user uploaded the entire movie... luckily for us!
