Pedal Pumping

Hello guys,
as i think (hope) you all know, members of Passione Piedi can contact us to request personalized videos with the model they are members of. Someone recently asked Cristiana to make a pedal pumping video. We are not great experts in that but, of course, we would like to make him happy. Can you post here links to REALLY GOOD pedal pumping videos, so that we can see how to do it? Or in any case... if you are a Pedal Pumping fan...can you write here some tips to make a better video?
