Foot rub that leads to drunken rape scene

The movie is "A Reason to Believe", starring Allison Smith, a very pretty redhead.

She accuses her boyfriend's best friend of raping her. This happens after he asked her not to go to the frat party, and after she and a group of girls tried to get the college to publicize drunken molestation and rape charges.

The girl staggers into a room in, and falls on her back on the bed. Drunken boyfriend's best friend is right behind her. He gets on his knees, and takes off her boots, to which she thanks him. The hot part about that is she is wearing her boots without socks. She has very sexy, high-arched, nail polished feet, and killer soles [seen when she gets it on with her boyfriend earlier in the movie]. Dude gives her a foot rub, and does a decent job. She tells him it feels good, and then dude starts to worship her foot. That makes her pull her foot away a bit, and ask him what he is doing. He works his way up, and tells her he always loved her, to which she protests, being he is her boyfriend's best friend.

Fortunately, we do no see the rape scene.
