Footsiefreak - very nice. I had something similar in mind for one of my B grade sex/thriller movie ideas tentatively entitled "Killer Heels". I see this as something that would run on HBO or Showtime late at night.
For casting, it's obvious - Kelly Ripa. Now we get to the good stuff. I'd have the camera show Kelly's and head and shoulders from the side as she's yapping or listening to someone else tell a story. The camera would slowly..slowly pan down her body so that we see her upper arms and tits from the side, her stomach and waist and then her shapely little ass sitting on the chair. The camera then moves out to show her stockinged legs, which we see are crossed and then to her feet in the slingbacks. I envision this final shot from the knees down.
