I have seen two fast and little shoeplay scenes in those films. I know that the quality is not very good. Maybe you can't appreciate the first scene so it´s better if you can see slowly the original scene on TV with big quality
The first scene is in the "Heat" film. While the bank robbering, a bending woman does a very little and fast heel pop (From second 5 of the clip)

And the second scene is in the "Carlito's way" film. Here it's easier to find the scene. A young girl is playing with both shoes when Pacino gets in the train.
